Bert Ketchum

Bert Ketchum was born and raised in Wayne County, West Virginia. He joined Greene Ketchum in 1994 and is an experienced trial lawyer in the field of personal injury. Bert has litigated cases in the state and federal courts of West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky involving wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, insurance disputes, premises liability, medical malpractice, employers intentional torts, breach of contract, political subdivision liability, wrongful discharge, discrimination, condemnation, murder and sexual assault. Bert has also argued cases before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
