Mr. Farrell is a Huntington native and an experienced trial lawyer in field of personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and birth trauma, insurance litigation and workplace injuries. Mr. Farrell has argued several cases before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and served as an Adjunct Professor of Appellate Advocacy at the West Virginia University College of Law. Mr. Farrell is a frequent lecturer on insurance bad faith litigation and serves as an officer for the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Farrell was honored as the Member of the Year by the WVTLA in 2002 for his advocacy on behalf of personal injury victims.
